In 2003, Terry created Heller Holdings, a privately held full service commercial and residential investment, development, management and consulting firm. Through his unique approach to commercial and residential investments, Terry has a very strong track record with keen ability to identify opportunities for intensive renovation and improved management, along with his signature value added strategy, he has achieved record breaking sales and rents.
In 2012, Terry created a hospitality division, Clever Hospitality, with the opening of the famed Plan Check Kitchen + Bar on Sawtelle in West LA. Prior to the rebirth and renaissance of Sawtelle known for Asian Restaurants, Terry had the vision to create the first American Restaurant sparking this culinary revolution. Since then, three more Plan Checks have opened across the city from Downtown to the beach.
